Elaboration :

Elaborated from a carefully grape's selection source of little production and collected during the night at its optimal moment of maturation. Blend has been carried out when the ageing is already started in order to look for the best assembly. Temperature fermentation control between 77°F and 82°F.

Ageing during 13 months in new American and French oak barrels.Rest in bottle during 13 months in the stillness and calmness of our cellar.

Tasting Notes :

Intense cherry red color with purple undertones, clean and shine. Deeply intense roasted, cacao, ripe red fruits and spices aroma, flavours, open gradually towards new other nuances. In mouth it emphasizes a perfect assembly between wood, cacao, roasts and vanilla with red fruits and aromatic plants (rosemary, thyme and sage). Very long well-balanced tannin, giving rise to an extraordinary, pleasant and delicious wine.
